One of the perks of being an independent is working with who we want. From the folks who bring our fruit & veg to the people filling the bar with unique bottles of booze. But this only works when we work together - creating a partnership with each and every supplier to ensure a mutually beneficial relationship that lasts.

‘Best idea wins’ has been a core value since long before the doors opened. Whether it comes from the newest team member or oldest - we will workshop them all. An important aspect of leadership is listening to the voices around you & never assuming you know best. Our team are encouraged to bring forwards their ideas… however big or small.
